To ensure the best possible experience, we have established the following studio policies. General Policies

1. Studio Etiquette
  • Respect for Others: Please respect the space and privacy of other members. Avoid disruptive behavior and use appropriate language at all times.
  • Cleanliness: Help us keep the studio clean by wiping down equipment after use and disposing of trash properly.
  • Personal Belongings: Store personal items in the designated cubbies. The Hive Lagree is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
2. Arrival and Check-In
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts to check-in and prepare. If it’s your first class, arrive 20 minutes early for an orientation.
  • Late Arrivals: Members who arrive more than 5 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disruption. Please call ahead if you anticipate being late.
3. Attire
  • Dress Code: Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene purposes and can be purchased at the studio if needed.
  • No Jewelry: To avoid damage and ensure safety, please remove any jewelry before class.

Class Policies

1. Class Reservations
  • Booking: Classes can be booked through our website or mobile app. Advanced booking is recommended to secure your spot.
  • Waitlist: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You will be notified via email or text if a spot becomes available.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
  • No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for a booked class and have not canceled within the 12-hour window, a no-show fee will be charged to your account.
3. Class Packages and Memberships
  • Expiration: Class packages have expiration dates. 5-class packs expire in 3 months, while 10-class and 20-class packs expire in 6 months.
  • Membership Changes: You can upgrade or change your membership plan at any time. Contact our front desk for assistance.

Health and Safety

1. Health Precautions
  • Illness: Please refrain from attending classes if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness.
  • Injuries: Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class so they can provide appropriate modifications.
2. Equipment Use
  • Proper Use: Use equipment as instructed by your trainer to avoid injury. Do not attempt to adjust or modify equipment on your own.
  • Cleaning: Wipe down equipment with the provided disinfectant wipes after use.

Special Considerations

1. Pregnancy and Post-Partum
  • Pregnancy: Pregnant clients must inform our staff and trainers about their pregnancy before attending classes. You can participate in classes up to 12 weeks into your pregnancy. Returning post-partum clients must provide a medical clearance certificate.
  • Modifications: Our trainers will provide modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout during pregnancy and post-partum recovery.
2. Corporate and Private Events
  • Private Classes: We offer private classes and corporate events. Contact us via email or through our website for more information and to book your event.
