At The Hive Lagree, we do not offer free or discounted first classes. However, we provide a special Buy One, Get One (BOGO) option for first-time clients. This allows you to fully experience the quality and unique value of our workouts from the start, ensuring you immediately tap into the transformative power of Lagree Fitness.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes. We offer a 5% discount to first responders and military personnel as a token of our appreciation for their service. Please present valid identification at the studio to receive your discount.

WHAT IS LAGREE?

Lagree is a full-body strength and endurance workout that utilizes spring-loaded resistance on our exclusive and patented Megaformers. Unlike Pilates, Lagree targets both large muscle groups and slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to a toned body composition. Every move is performed slowly and controlled to maximize time under tension and minimize recovery, enhancing your overall fitness efficiently.

WHY IS LAGREE FITNESS IMPORTANT TO INCORPORATE INTO YOUR WEEKLY ROUTINE?

Lagree Fitness emphasizes slow, controlled movements that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, maximizing muscle endurance and time under tension. This approach leads to prolonged calorie burn, enhanced core strength for better balance and stabilization, and maintains a low impact on bones and joints, making it safe for daily practice.

IS LAGREE FITNESS A REPLACEMENT FOR OTHER WORKOUT METHODS, OR CAN IT BE USED IN TANDEM WITH OTHER FITNESS ROUTINES?

Lagree complements all fitness routines. It enhances performance in individuals who already follow specific workout styles and can also stand alone as an effective workout method. The unique attributes of Lagree make it a perfect addition to your fitness regimen, offering benefits that cannot be replicated by other workouts.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class, a $20 late cancellation fee will apply. Failing to show up for class without prior notice will result in a $30 no-show fee. These policies help ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book available spots.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M RUNNING LATE TO CLASS?

New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before class for orientation and preparation. Existing clients have a 5-minute grace period after the class start time. If you arrive later than this 5-minute window, you will be charged the no-show fee. We set these guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety, comfort, and the best possible workout experience.

Booking a class is simple:
