5. Booking and Reservations
Classes, memberships, and packages may be purchased through our website, mobile app, or approved booking platform. All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred class time.
Clients are responsible for reviewing class details, package limits, expiration dates, and membership terms before purchase.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing for classes, memberships, retail items, events, promotions, and packages.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you authorize The Hive Lagree and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
7. Memberships and Auto-Renewals
Certain memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the membership terms. By purchasing an auto-renewing membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate and frequency.
Membership details, including renewal timing, usage limits, and expiration rules, will be shown at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to review those details before completing your purchase.
8. Class Packages and Expiration

9. Cancellation, Late Cancel, and No-Show Policy

10. Late Arrival Policy
For the safety and experience of all clients, late arrivals may not be permitted to join class after a certain point once class has started. This policy helps reduce disruption and ensures proper warm-up and instruction. If you are late, your spot may be released in accordance with studio policy.
11. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law. Promotional offers, intro specials, discounts, referral programs, and limited-time sales cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotional offers may be changed or discontinued at any time.
12. Studio Rules and Conduct
All clients are expected to follow studio rules and conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, trainers, and other clients. The Hive Lagree reserves the right to refuse service, remove a participant from class, suspend access, or terminate memberships or packages without refund for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Clients may take personal photos or videos only in a manner that respects the privacy and comfort of others. Recording other clients or staff without permission is not permitted.
