1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms- By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- The Hive Lagree reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Membership and Class Policies
2.1 Membership Terms- Memberships are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in your membership agreement. Membership fees are non-refundable except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or required by law.
- Classes can be booked through our website or mobile app. Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
- Class packs have expiration dates: 5-class packs expire in 3 months, and 10-class and 20-class packs expire in 6 months. Unused classes will not be refunded or transferred after the expiration date.
- If you do not show up for a reserved class and have not canceled within the 12-hour window, a no-show fee will be charged to your account.
3. Use of Facilities and Equipment
3.1 Studio Etiquette- Members must follow the studio rules and guidelines, including proper attire, personal hygiene, and respectful behavior towards others.
- Use equipment as instructed by your trainer to avoid injury. Do not attempt to adjust or modify equipment on your own. Wipe down equipment with the provided disinfectant wipes after use.
- The Hive Lagree is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please store personal belongings in the designated cubbies.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Health Requirements- By participating in our classes, you represent that you are in good health and capable of performing physical activities. Inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class.
- Follow all posted COVID-19 safety guidelines, including wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and sanitizing hands and equipment. Do not attend classes if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19.
5. Privacy
5.1 Personal Information- We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.
- The Hive Lagree may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By participating in our classes, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our staff.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1 Assumption of Risk- You acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in our classes, you assume all risks associated with your participation.
- The Hive Lagree is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hive Lagree, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
7.1 Applicable Law- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which The Hive Lagree is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the location where The Hive Lagree is situated.
