At The Hive Lagree, we do not offer free or discounted first classes. However, we provide a special Buy One, Get One (BOGO) option for first-time members, allowing them to truly experience the unique value and quality of our workouts. We believe in giving you the full experience from the start, helping you immediately tap into the transformative power of Lagree Fitness.

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a full-body strength and endurance workout that utilizes spring-loaded resistance on our exclusive and patented Megaformers. Unlike Pilates, Lagree targets both large muscle groups and slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to a toned body composition. Every move is performed slowly and controlled to maximize time under tension and minimize recovery, enhancing your overall fitness efficiently.

What happens if I’m running late to class?

For first-time clients, it is mandatory to arrive at least five minutes before class starts for orientation. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling, as this policy ensures the safety and comfort of all clients. Existing clients have a three-minute grace period after the class starts. If you miss this window, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client unless you notify the studio in advance to hold your spot.
