Do you offer free or discounted classes for first-time students?

We do not offer free or discounted first classes at The Hive Lagree. We believe in the quality and unique value of our workouts, which are worth the full experience from the start.

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a full-body strength and endurance workout that utilizes spring-loaded resistance on our exclusive and patented Megaformers. Unlike Pilates, Lagree targets both large muscle groups and slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to a toned body composition. What happens if I’m running late to class?

For first-time clients, it is mandatory to arrive at least five minutes before class starts for orientation. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling, as this policy ensures the safety and comfort of all clients. Existing clients have a three-minute grace period after the class starts. If you miss this window, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client unless you notify the studio in advance to hold your spot.
